Personality: Howl is a calm creature who always listens with a fair ear. He takes his position as protector of his people very seriously. The current condition of Howl's Island has made him grave but not desperate. Not a jovial fellow.
History: Howl was the first Islander. As the oldest, he has seen every other Islander created. He watches over them but not from afar; Howl walks among them and talks to them, answers their questions and helps them when they're in need.
